The Nigerian Stock Exchange, on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, listed the Shares of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc. (ITMB) on its Daily Official List.
A total of 4.17 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each were listed at N1.50 per share. Upon the listing of ITMB, investors bought 757,000 units of the newly listed shares in 112 deals.
Speaking at the listing ceremony, the Managing Director of ITMB, Mr. Obaleye Olabanjo, said the listing is a reflection of the bank’s desire to create value as well as endless opportunities of providing shelter for every Nigerian as its trademark connotes – Infinity Homes.
