Trading in BHP Group Limited’s shares got underway today on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) following the global mining giant’s decision to change its dual public holding into a single listing.
The JSE announces today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JSE Private Placements (JPP), has obtained a financial services provider license, which will facilitate innovation and growth in private capital raise, in both equity and debt.
Netcare Limited (JSE:NTC) has been approved for a secondary listing on A2X Markets and its shares will be available for trade on A2X from 15 December 2021.
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) has approved the listing of Transsec 5’s five social bonds aimed at improving access to public transport by funding SMMEs, primarily in the minibus taxi industry.
