Bharat Telecom Ltd is now officially delisted from the Development & Enterprise Market (DEM) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) following the previous communiques of the company.

Following the Communiques published by the company on 07th February 2017 and 16th February 2017, the Majority Shareholder of the Company has completed with share purchase of those minority shareholders who sent their request on or before 27th February 2017.

The SEM has, with the approval of the Listing Executive Committee, approved the cancellation of the admission of Bharat Telecom from the DEM , as from market close of 20 March 2017.
