Fawry for Banking Technology and Electronic Payments (EGX:FWRY) said Link Holdco BV sold 30.368 million shares worth EGP 516.261 million, according to a statement released on August 24th.

Link Holdco BV in Fawry decreased to 16.74% from 18.52%, the statement highlighted.

The Egyptian Exchange announced block trading on 73.890 million issued shares of Fawry worth EGP 1.256 billion.

Fawry reported a consolidated net profit of EGP 113.300 million in half one of 2021.

Fawry is an Egypt-based company that provides an electronic payment network. The company allows users to pay bills in multiple channels, such as online, using automated teller machines, mobile wallets, and retail points.
