The Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (‘NGX Group’ or ‘The Group’) has announced that its shares will soon be available for trading on the Main Board of its trading platform.

The Board of Directors of Access Bank Plc has earmarked a total sum of N10.7 billion as dividends to shareholders for the period ended 30th of June, 2021.

The All-share index of the Nigerian Exchange recorded a 1.74% growth in the month of August 2021 to close at 39,219.61 index points from 38,547.08 recorded as of the end of July 2021. The bourse had endured a significant downturn earlier in the year as the year-to-date performance stood at -2.61%.

The Board of Lasaco Assurance Plc (NGX:LASACO), one of Nigeria’s leading insurance companies, has proposed a final dividend of N183.4 million to shareholders of the company for the period ended 31st December 2020.
