Energy Company Kenol Kobil (KENO) has been delisted from the Nairobi Securities exchange after the successful acquisition by Rubis Energie S.A.S. The oil distributor was acquired at a cost of KSh36 billion. The delisting takes effect today (23rd August).

Following Kenol Kobil’s exit from the NSE, the exchange now has 61 actively traded counters, down from 64 listed entities at the start of 2018. ARM Cement and Deacons shares remain suspended from trading at the bourse.
