TROUBLED mining concern, Falcon Gold (FALG) on Friday exit trading on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange after the company successfully applied for voluntary delisting.
According to a statement by the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, Seed Co International Limited (SCIL) shares will be delisted from the ZSE, with effect from 23 October 2020.
The Victoria Falls Stock Exchange Limited (VFEX) has been granted the approval to launch and commence trading of securities by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZ). The new bourse said in a statement.
Zimbabwe will be aiming to attract global capital mostly from the mining sector when the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange comes into operation this week, Finance and Economic Development Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube said last Friday.
