African Copper plc today announces that as previously communicated to Shareholders in the Company’s Circular to Shareholders posted on 11 May 2015, the Company has been in discussion with the Botswana Stock Exchange with a view to delisting its Ordinary Shares from the BSE.
The BSE has now granted the application to delist the Company’s Ordinary Shares and therefore 27 August 2015 will be the last day for trading Ordinary Shares of the Company listed on the BSE, with the BSE Cancellation becoming effective from 7.00 am on 28 August 2015.
