The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) has compulsorily delisted Golden Web Limited and Transaction Solutions Ghana Limited from the Official List of the Exchange effective April 3, 2018.

Energy Commercial Bank has hinted of moves to list on the Ghana Stock Exchange to allow investors to own shares in the bank.

Digicut Production and Advertising, an advertising and a public relations business, is making sales of 30% of its stake available to the public through the issuance of the IPO and the subsequent listing on the Ghana Alternative Market (GAX).

The Ghana Stock Exchange says it would delist Aluworks (ALW), Pioneer Kitchenware (PKL) and Cocoa Processing Company (CPC) by May this year if they fail to meet some listing requirements.
