Astoria shares (NSX:ARO) will be delisted from the Namibian Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 18 February, according to a company statement.

     

    The company will remain listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM:ATIL) and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE (JSE:ARA).

    "Astoria has maintained a listing of all the issued ordinary shares of Astoria by way of a secondary listing on the NSX with effect from 10 February 2016 under the NSX share code “ARO”. As there are currently no Astoria shares held by any shareholder on the NSX, the secondary listing of all the Astoria shareson the NSX will be suspended and terminated", the company said.
