The Tunis Stock Exchange has announced that the listing price for BNA Assurances shares on the main market, scheduled for 14 August 2025, has been set at TND 3.480.
This price reflects the weighted average price of off-market transactions carried out between 6 and 12 August 2025.
This marks the final step in the company’s transition from the off-market segment to the main market after several years of trading outside the primary board.
