Transol Solutions Ghana Limited is a leading provider of electronic funds transfer infrastructure and support services, third party payments, automated teller machine services, prepaid voucher, and top-up products. It was incorporated as a private company limited by shares on July 8, 2002. The company was wholly owned by Mr. Paul Jacquaye when it commenced business in 2003. Transol adopted new company regulations and was subsequently made a public company. It was listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange on December 29, 2006.
