    Fitch Ratings has upgraded Rwanda's Long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) to 'B+' from 'B'. The Outlooks are Stable. The issue ratings on Rwanda's senior unsecured foreign and local currency bonds have also been upgraded to 'B+' from 'B'. The Country Ceiling has been upgraded to 'B+' from 'B' and the Short-term foreign currency IDR affirmed at 'B'.

    Rwanda's consumer price index (CPI) slowed to 4.58 percent year on year in November,from the 5.10 percent recorded in October, the National Institute of Statistics for Rwanda said, mainly due to prices of Food and non alcoholic beverages and Education.

    In October 2013 the All Urban general index is established at 124.5 this stands for an increase of 0.33% over the previous month which was 124.1. In annual change it increased by 5.10% (5.099%), steady compared the previous month(5.095%).
