The government has reaffirmed its dedication to supporting the seamless operations of Electrochem Ghana Limited in the harvesting of salt at the Songhor Lagoon in Ada of the Greater Accra Region.
The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) is pleased to announce the official launch of its Over-the-Counter (OTC) Market, a significant milestone aimed at broadening access to capital and enhancing market liquidity in unlisted securities. This innovative platform is the first regulated OTC securities market in Ghana and will provide a dynamic and flexible environment for the trading of financial instruments that are not listed on any of the Exchange’s markets.
The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) continued its bullish run this year, with its benchmark Composite Index (GSE-CI) reaching 3,753.69 points in May – bringing its year-to-date (YtD) gain to 19.92 percent.
The Cabinet has approved the listing of Graphic Communications Group Limited on the Ghana Stock Exchange to recapitalise the company.
